What are the shipping charges?

We offer shipping across the globe. An automatic shipping charges based on your pin code within India will be shown during checkout for the different shipping partners.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we do ship all over India.

What are domestic delivery times?

All the orders for Vijayawada would be delivered within 2 business days.
The orders for the rest of India would be delivered within 4-5 business days.

All our products are freshly finished and packed a day or two ahead of the order placement. We sincerely strive to place our products on your dining table at the earliest. But sometimes, there could be delays owing to festive season or factors that are out of our control.

Will I get a confirmation after I place an order?

Of course yes. We send you an email with your order ID and details. Once the order is processed and dispatched, you would receive a text messages. Another message would be sent just before the delivery.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes, we do. It usually takes about 5-6 business days to deliver international orders. The delivery charges would be intimated also refer the price table.

How do I return products or seek a refund?

• Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by You is refunded.
